UI-UX Designer-Mid

Responsibilities

1.Marketing Site Design & Build

Design and build responsive, high-conversion marketing sites in Framer or Webflow

Lead the visual design, layout, animation, and content structure for new brand sites –

Loopym, Company, and The Knight rebrand in your first year.

Own the end-to-end site build: wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, hand-off, and (in

Framer/Webflow) production publishing

Optimize for performance, accessibility, and SEO from the start, not as an afterthought.

2. Brand Consistency

Apply and evolve each brand's identity across every touchpoint of its site.

Keep marketing-site design aligned with product UX where the two connect (sign-up

flows, login,dashboards).

Maintainreusable components, templates, and content patterns inside Framer/Webflow so future edits don't require you every time.

3.E-commerce (Loopym Store)

Contribute to the Loopym Shopify store, theme customization, landing page design, product page templates.

If Shopify is a stretch for you, that's OK, Framer/Webflow is the priority. We'll support

you learning it if you're keen.

4.Product Support

Support your product team with in-app UI work in Figma as needed, a smaller surface than the

Design Lead role, but you contribute to the product too.

Take design tickets from the team's backlog and ship them at production quality.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the product manager, engineering pairs, and marketing on each project.

Present work in reviews and take feedback well, designers here are makers, not gatekeepers.

Coordinate with the Design Lead and any other embedded designers to keep the whole

portfolio visually and structurally consistent.

6.Continuous Improvement

Use analytics and user feedback to identify what's working on each site and what

isn't.

Propose and run small tests, copy changes,

layout tweaks, image swaps, to improve conversion and clarity.

Bring ideas for tooling, workflow, and AI-assisted design that make you (and the team)

faster.

Requirements:

3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio

Framer or Webflow expertise required, hands-on production experience shipping marketing

sites in one of these tools, ideally both.

Shopify experience is a strong plus but not essential, Framer/Webflow is the higher

priority.

Solid working knowledge of Figma for product-side UI work.

Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals, typography, color, layout, motion.

Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG basics), and web performance.

Comfortable with HTML/CSS concepts even if you don't write them daily, you need to know

what's possible.

Ability to work independently and manage your own delivery inside a team.

Portfolio must include at least one live marketing site you designed and built end-to-end.

Nice to have

Shopify theme customization or Liquid experience.

Experience with animation and micro-interactions (Framer Motion, GSAP, Rive).

Comfortusing AI design tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, Framer AI) as part of your

workflow.

SEO and content strategy fundamentals.

Experience designing for AI-powered products (how the interface communicates what an agent is doing).
