Job description:
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a consultative selling approach, basic understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to align client needs with company products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales . Experience in technology industry is a MUST.
- Knowledgeable in security and access control systems (CCTV, biometrics, turnstiles, RFID) and other system integration solutions.
- Sales experience with system integrators, contractors, architects, or property/facility management companies is an advantage.
- Strong market penetration skills — able to identify new accounts and decision-makers within the security and technology industry.
- Able to conduct client site assessments and coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project proposals.
- Familiar with project bidding, quotation, and procurement processes for corporate or institutional accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday.
