- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals. This includes coaching, training, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.Overseeing the daily operations of the retail sales department.Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Managing and motivating multiple teams and branch locations.Providing exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.Ability to recruit and handle people. Detailed knowledge of the specific vehicles and services offered by that dealership.Maintains a professional demeanor and ensures all sales activities reflect positively on the company.Ability to handle the overall performance of the group, and strategic planning.Maintains a professional demeanor and ensures all sales activities reflect positively on the company.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Automotive sales management or a related role.Ability to handle ALL PAVI BRANDExposure in sales and customer service.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Strong interpersonal and extensive automotive experience, including sales managementAbility to recruit and handle teamMust be an effective team player.With a pleasing personalityWilling to work 6 days a weekPreferable with a valid driver's license and with a clean driving record.
