Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee vehicle scheduling, usage, and dispatch requirements. Monitor fleet activities including trip logs, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization. Manage coordination of preventive maintenance, repairs, and service schedules. Handle processing and monitoring of vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and claims. Maintain accurate and updated fleet records and reports. Coordinate with drivers and external service providers for operational requirements. Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth daily fleet operations. Ensure compliance with fleet documentation and company policies. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any related course.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, fleet coordination, or logistics.
  • Experience in handling drivers, scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fleet operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required
  • Willing to undergo 6 months Project-Based (with possible extension or opportunity for regular employment)
  • Location: Paseo de Roxas, Makati
