- Prepare job offers, collect onboarding requirements, and conduct background checks.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee regularization.
- Maintain employee records, ID issuance, and HR systems.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with the HR team.
- Assist employees with payroll account and ATM enrollment.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary documentation and labor-related concerns.
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG), employee registrations, and benefit claims.
- Update HR records, coordinate payroll processing, and assist with final pay processing.
- Prepare HR reports and monitor employee records and compliance.
