Health and Safety Officer

Description - Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards within the workplace.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in health and safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, risk assessment, and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Construction Safety and Health practices.
- Skills and Competencies: Certificate OSHA, BOSH, NEBOSH, and IOSH standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- OIL AND GAS experience is a MUST
