- Administer assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes.
- Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with clients and their families.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in varied settings including private homes and care facilities.
