What You'll Be Doing

As Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring exceptional service, accuracy, and compliance while supporting and developing your team.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop AP & AR team members

• Manage workload distribution and team performance

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and collections

• Act as the primary liaison between the Manila team and Sydney finance leadership

• Support month-end reporting and finance close activities

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Maintain strong controls, compliance, and governance standards

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
