Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Costing Analyst or Pricing and Bid Analyst.
- Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in a day shift.
- Amenable to work as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, or tenders in response to client RFPs/RFQs.
- Manage bid timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
- Organize and lead bid kickoff meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Compile bid documentation, including technical, financial, and administrative sections.
- Format, proofread, and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
