Mabilo is hiring! We are currently looking for Desktop Support Specialist: Job Summary
The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible in providing frontline technical support and ensure the reliable operation of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other end-user IT equipment. The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical concerns, and maintaining IT systems that enable efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Graduate of a 4-year course preferably IT, Eng'g, or Computer Science
- Hands-on IT related work experience of at least 2 years
- Provide frontline technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers
- Ensure end users have reliable access to necessary hardware and software to perform their duties efficiently
- Willing to be assigned in Labo, Camarines Norte, Bicol, Philippines
