I. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
1. Trade Marketing Planning & Strategy – Develop and implement trade marketing plans, programs, and initiatives aligned with company's business, marketing, and sales objectives.
2. Activations & Sales Support – Lead and oversee branch activations, caravans, mall activities, community events, and other initiatives that drive customer acquisition, branch traffic, transactions, and sales.
3. Partnership & Stakeholder Management – Manage relationships and coordinate with branches, malls, communities, suppliers, event organizers, and other strategic partners to ensure successful activity execution.
4. Performance & Budget Management – Monitor activity performance, KPIs, sales contribution, customer acquisition, and budget utilization; evaluate results and recommend improvements.
5. Team Leadership & Execution Excellence – Supervise and coach Trade Marketing Officers, ensure consistent brand and merchandising standards, and drive timely and effective execution of all trade marketing initiatives.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
2. Work Experience – At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Events, or a related function.
3. Technical & Business Skills – Strong skills in trade marketing planning, campaign execution, project management, sales support, market research, and performance analysis.
4. Leadership & Communication – Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, coordination, and people management skills.
5. Other Requirements – Willing to conduct field work and travel as needed; highly organized, results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
