Description - Oversee daily sales operations and ensure team targets are met.
- Train and motivate sales staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the gadget sector.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to upper management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably with gadgets.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of gadgets and technology trends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
