Reports To : General Manager / Operations Director
Monthly Salary: ₱170,000 – ₱175,000
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in a dynamic and growing food industry environment. You will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our production and support teams.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts across all departments.
- Handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage performance reviews, training, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Support engagement programs for both office and frontline employees.
- Supervise the HR team and work closely with leadership for organizational development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR managerial experience (preferably in food or manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of labor law, payroll, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with compliance, employee welfare, and performance management
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
- Experience in either the Food and Beverage industry or Manufacturing
