We are looking for a HR OJT / Intern to provide support to the Human Resources Department and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks
- Assist in recruitment and applicant coordination
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents and records
- Assist with employee-related activities and HR programs
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
- Coordinate with employees and applicants as needed
- Provide general support to the HR team
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related course
- Required to complete an OJT/Internship program
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and work in a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
