Job Description :
The Finance Department OJT will assist the finance team in daily accounting and financial operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial documentation, reporting, and administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing and organizing financial documents
- Support preparation of reports, invoices, and other accounting records
- Encode and update financial data in the system
- Assist in monitoring expenses and transactions
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Currently taking Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Information System, or any related course
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to render required internship hours
