- Manages daily Human Resources Operations, covering Recruitment, onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and Compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for HR queries, ensuring policies are followed, maintaining records.
- Support the Performance Management of employee, to foster a positive, productive workplace.
- Graduate of Psychology, or Business Course;
- Exp'd in Payroll / CompenBen and Employee Relations;
- Knowledge in Reporting and Computer literate;
- Must be RESIDENT OF VALENZUELA OR QUEZON CITY
