Accounts Manager / Specialist

•Conduct client outreach, presentations, meetings, and sales pitches.
•Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and company service packages.
•Follow up with leads, prospects, and potential clients.
•Negotiate and close new business deals.
•Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
•Understand client needs and recommend appropriate company services and solutions.
•Coordinate with Creative, Operations, and Management teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat projects, and recurring business.
•Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to support client retention.
•Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, proposals, client interactions, and sales activities.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
•Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management.
