- Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding loyalty account queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Assist in training clients on the use of loyalty account features.
- Monitor and report on loyalty account performance metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
