Description - Provide exceptional technical support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to optimize customer experience.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure issues are resolved and assess their satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, including Salesforce.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Teamwork and collaboration skills.
