WFH URGENT: Sales Recovery / Lead Reactivation VA

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Mining & Re-engagement: Review HubSpot to identify older leads (14+ days old), stalled estimates, and un-responded opportunities; initiate structured multi-channel outreach via phone, text, and email
- Outbound Calling & Qualification: Conduct persistent outbound calls to uncover why projects stalled, assess decision-making timelines, overcome objections, and evaluate customer interest
- Appointment Setting & Hand-off: Re-engage interested prospects, schedule consultations, and create clear follow-up tasks or hand-offs to designers and sales representatives
- HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain precise interaction notes, update lead/deal statuses, assign follow-up tasks, and manage a defined recovery pipeline to maintain CRM accuracy
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track and report key recovery metrics including contact attempts, customers reached, appointments set, reactivated opportunities, and generated revenue
Required Experience & Proficiency:
- Lead Reactivation & Sales Experience: Proven track record in outbound cold/warm calling, lead recovery, appointment setting, inside sales, or high-ticket consumer sales
- CRM Software (HubSpot): Hands-on experience updating contact/deal records, changing deal stages, entering detailed notes, and managing pipelines in HubSpot (Strongly Preferred)
- Outbound Phone Skills: Confident, conversational, and persistent phone voice with experience speaking with U.S.-based customers
- Software & Communication Tools: Familiarity with VoIP/phone systems (e.g., RingCentral), Microsoft 365/Outlook, and Google Sheets or Excel
- Schedule & Work Ethic: Self-directed, comfortable being measured against KPI performance metrics, and available for fixed hours overlapping with U.S. Pacific Time
