URGENT: Sales Recovery / Lead Reactivation VA

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Mining & Re-engagement: Review HubSpot to identify older leads (14+ days old), stalled estimates, and un-responded opportunities; initiate multi-channel outreach via phone, text, and email
- Outbound Calling & Qualification: Conduct persistent outbound calls to uncover why projects stalled, assess decision-making timelines, and overcome objections without being aggressive
- Appointment Setting & Hand-off: Re-engage interested prospects, schedule appointments, and coordinate direct hand-offs to the design and sales teams
- HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain precise notes, update deal statuses, log call outcomes, and assign actionable follow-up tasks to maintain pipeline accuracy
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key recovery metrics including contact attempts, reactivated opportunities, appointments set, and recovered revenue
Required Experience & Proficiency:
- Lead Reactivation & Sales Follow-Up: Proven track record in outbound cold/warm calling, lead recovery, inside sales, or higher-ticket consumer sales (Required)
- HubSpot CRM: Direct hands-on experience navigating HubSpot pipelines, records, and task management systems (Strongly Preferred)
- Outbound Phone Skills: Confident, professional, and persistent phone demeanor with experience conversing with U.S.-based customers
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English fluency
- Schedule & Work Ethic: Self-directed and comfortable being measured against strict KPI metrics; ability to work fixed hours overlapping with U.S. Pacific Time
