BPO Operations Manager - Travel Account

The Role
We are looking for a strategic and highly technical Group Manager for our Travel Operations . The ideal candidate brings a deep mastery of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and a proven track record in managing large-scale travel accounts. You will oversee complex ticketing processes, ensure IATA compliance, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications
- Travel Expertise: Must have recent or current experience in a Travel Account .
- GDS Mastery: Required: Expert proficiency in Cryptic/Native GDS . Hands-on skill in one or more platforms: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, or Apollo .
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of International Ticketing, Exchanges, and Refunds.
- IATA Standards: Deep knowledge of IATA rules, including Fare Components, Manual Fare Calculation, Pricing Units, Global Indicators, and Indirect Travel Limitations.
- Certification: IATA/UFTAA Level-1 certification is highly preferred.
- Leadership & Quality: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong working knowledge of Quality Tools to drive team performance.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
