Job Title: IT Field Service Recruiter / Dispatch Recruiter

Rate: Php 267.85 per hour

Working Hours:

• Saturday coverage may be required, with a potential schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
• Final working hours, time zone, and Saturday coverage requirements are still to be confirmed.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter experienced in sourcing and coordinating IT field service technicians for onsite service requests, particularly general IT support and break/fix jobs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, recruiting across multiple markets, and coordinating technician availability and scheduling.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and recruit qualified IT field service technicians across multiple US markets for onsite service requests.
• Screen candidates based on technical experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
• Confirm technician availability for specific service requests and schedules.
• Negotiate technician rates based on assignment requirements and budget.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians for onsite service calls across different geographic markets.

• Maintain a pool of qualified, available technicians for current and upcoming requests.
• Communicate with technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling and assignment coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience recruiting IT technicians, particularly for field service, onsite support, or break/fix assignments.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and screening through rate negotiation and scheduling.
• Familiarity with IT dispatch operations and time-sensitive service requests.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and recruit across different geographic markets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with IT field service dispatch companies, managed service providers (MSPs), or on-demand technician staffing.
• Experience maintaining a network or database of field service technicians across multiple markets.
