Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in hiring a Field Technical Service Expert (FTS Expert) to strengthen after-sales technical support, customer service excellence, and market intelligence across key commercial vehicle segments.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge in tyres and commercial vehicles, combined with hands-on experience in field service, customer support, and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer claims and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and service excellence
- Provide technical after-sales support to customers and distributor teams
- Share field feedback and product insights with Sales and R&D teams
- Conduct technical training programs for distributors, mechanics, internal teams, and key influencers
- Gather market intelligence related to competitors, customer feedback, and industry trends
- Support business growth across Bus, Truck, LCV, Farm, and OHT segments
- Collaborate with distributors on service and marketing initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, product performance, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE / BTech or equivalent)
- Preferred Mandarin Speaker
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Technical Service, Field Service, or After-Sales Support
- Strong technical knowledge of tyres, automotive products, or related technical industries
- Must have experience in the Tyre Industry and Commercial Vehicle segment
- Good understanding of sales processes, market assessment, and demand forecasting
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work closely with distributors and customers
