JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipinos who can speak, read, and write Spanish.
- Open to undergraduate students and Bachelor’s degree holders.
- Experience in Technical Support is an advantage.
- Skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Willing to work on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
- Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
- Following appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
- Preparing a complete and accurate report on the issues received
- Performing other related tasks needed
