WORK SCHEDULE: Night Shift
WORK SETUP: Onsite
Job Requirements
- Open to Filipino candidates with conversational to fluent Spanish skills
- Open to Spanish nationals and foreign candidates with permanent visas
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- At least 2 years in college or Associate degree holders accepted
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- No Spanish bilingual experience required as long as communication is effective
- Willing to handle banking and customer support inquiries
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients (US-based)
- Assist with banking services such as branch info, schedules, and fund transfers
- Support account opening, card requests, and basic banking concerns
- Address inquiries on balances, charges, and banking documents
- Escalate complex cases such as fraud and specialized requests to the appropriate team
