JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college grads
- with at least 6 months to 1 years work experience in customer service
- Amenable to work in TAGUIG CITY
- Willing to attend face to face interview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications through phone calls, live chats, and emails.
- Maintain accurate client information by regularly updating account records.
- Address customer complaints effectively and offer appropriate solutions.
- Respond to all customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall support
