What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle real customer concerns in Spanish & English (calls/chat/email)
- Resolve billing, account, and service issues with accuracy
- Deliver clear communication and end-to-end solutions
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Completed 2 years in College with no back subject
- Strong Spanish & English communication skills (non-native speakers welcome)
- Someone who can handle customers confidently and professionally
Work Setup: Onsite – Taguig
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: ₱95,000 – ₱100,000
