JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language
- With 1 year experience in a Spanish Customer Service Representative role
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email
- Accurately document all support interactions and activities
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
