Leasing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee and manage the leasing operations of our commercial and/or residential properties. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining tenant relations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring all leasing activities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day leasing operations and ensure all units are leased in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants.
- Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewing.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and occupancy status.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to recommend pricing adjustments.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with property management software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused and goal-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to travel and conduct roving duties within store branches in Visayas and Mindanao.
