Description - Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient process flows and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maximize productivity and performance.
- Implement and maintain best practices for warehousing processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and adept at using warehouse management software.
