- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Implement health and safety regulations.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
