- Assist in managing field and warehouse staff and lead the team to achieve operational goals.
- Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in inventory control, inventory analysis, and timely replenishment.
- Supervise and oversee all daily activities and work inside the warehouse.
- Monitor the quality status of stored materials to prevent overstocking, shortages, damage, or loss, and ensure the safety of inventory goods.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve warehouse management processes, procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
- Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
- Assign, direct, and review work plans and tasks of assigned staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Preferably with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.
- Proven experience in personnel management , including supervising warehouse staff.
- Experience managing 50–100 warehouse personnel is an advantage.
- At minimum, at least 1 year of experience managing warehouse staff with approximately 30 personnel .
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and inventory management skills.
