Supervise and monitor the daily activities of engineering and maintenance personnel.
Ensure proper maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Troubleshoot technical and facility-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repair and maintenance services.
Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building standards.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for engineering operations.
Train and guide technicians and maintenance staff.
