Document Controller is responsible for managing controlled documents and delivering training related to document control, QMS compliance, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all controlled documents with proper version control.
- Ensure QMS and ISO compliance and support internal/external audits.
- Manage document filing systems and respond to document requests.
- Train employees on document control procedures and compliance.
- Assist HR in renewals of registrations, certifications, and licenses.
- Support CSR, safety programs, and other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, Safety, and Cleaning standards.
- Experience in document control and conducting training.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Graduate of any relevant four‑year course.
