Project Control Officer

QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE
-a bachelor's degree or vocational course in a related field like construction management or engineering, experience in project monitoring or any related field is often required.
-1-2 years of experience in project monitoring or technical support within the telecommunications industry specialize in FTTH/Wireline is Highly recommended but not required.
-Key qualifications include proficiency in software like Googlesheet and MS Excel, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of cost and schedule controls.
-Hands-on experience with project delivery, tracking and reporting is valuable.
-Candidates should demonstrate experience in taking projects from initiation to completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and analysis: Ensure project tracker systems updated and correct details and create detailed project schedules
-Prepares and updates Provisional acceptance certificate (PAC), Final acceptance certificate(FAC) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and ensure the details are correct
-Coordinates with sites Engineer regarding on the installed sites and Updating trackers.
-Prepares and endorsed the warranty bond and invoice
-Ensure the documents uploading to QMD and G-drive
-Coordinates with Vendor for the completion of signature
-Track and analyze for the team’s monthly performance reviews
-Ensure to meet the weekly/monthly target and prepare and present regular reports on project for the target
