Job Overview
The Inventory Planning & Control Manager oversees inventory planning, warehouse inventory governance, and financial inventory controls to ensure stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory planning and warehouse inventory management.
- Analyze inventory trends, stock aging, and inventory turnover.
- Oversee inventory audits, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Develop inventory control strategies to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
- Utilize SAP Business One for inventory monitoring and reporting.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
- Implement inventory process improvements and internal controls.
- Manage inventory control personnel and warehouse inventory performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory management within FMCG.
- Must have experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
- Strong expertise in inventory analysis, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
