Travel GDS Representative ( work onsite set-up)

Description - Assist clients with booking and managing travel arrangements using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations and transactions to meet client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GDS functionalities and travel industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a Travel GDS customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
