In this role, you will handle elite corporate accounts, managing international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complex itineraries for global business travelers using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange, book, and issue domestic and international travel reservations (flights, hotels, and car rentals) for corporate clients.
• Use GDS platforms efficiently to manage complex ticketing tasks, including reissues, revalidation, cancellations, and refunds.
• Deliver high-level customer service by resolving travel disruptions, cancellations, and urgent route changes under pressure.
• Ensure all bookings align strictly with corporate travel policies and restrictions.

Job Requirements (Qualifications):

• Experience: Minimum of 12 months of solid GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is strictly required.
• Education: At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
• Strong background in handling international routing, ticketing, and booking rules.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Amenable to working on-site in Metro Manila and moving to shifting schedules.
