Procurement Assistant

Procurement assistant will support the procurement team by updating documentation for all procurement related activities - sourcing to contracting, supplier registration and onboarding, vendor payment processing. The Procurement Assistant will help in reinforcing compliance to AZPNB's Procurement standard and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Supplier registration and vendor database maintenance
- 100% completion of supplier registration for all active vendors of AZPNB in SAP Ariba by Nov 2025
- 0 extra cost incurred on supplier registration for all listed and active vendors (as of 2025) of AZPNB in Ariba
2. Vendor payment processing and documentation
- 100% completion of securing required BIR-compliant invoice/documents for 2024 payments by September 2025
- Timely closure of relevant risk item monitored in RegCom - EOPT compliance
3. Contract repository maintenance
- 100% completion of securing and storing in a central location copies of all SIGNED 3rd party contracts (for all active contracts since 2022)
4. Assist procurement head in GHG emissions tracking for Sustainability reporting
- Complete baselining activity for GHG emissions tracking of 2024 data for air travel
5. Assist procurement head in updating the Outsourcing register and relevant supporting documents
- Complete group's reporting requirement and supporting documents for Outsourcing
- Timely closure of Outsourcing related audit finding
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business or management course
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
