Procurement Engineer

Description - Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective.
- Analyze the supply chain and manage vendor relationships to ensure a consistent supply of materials.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to meet procurement needs for projects.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and changes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze data
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to supplier locations
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
