- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling dishes
- Support cooks and chefs with meal production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (but not always required)
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
