Procurement Officer

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and related documentation.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, price lists, and purchase records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess market trends.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities.
- Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Support in preparing procurement reports and analytics for management review.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level candidates may also be considered).
