Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible in supporting marketing initiatives for a U.S. based retail-focused commercial real estate brokerage by creating marketing materials, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting content production across multiple channels. This role combines creative design, email marketing coordination, website updates, social media management, and marketing operations support. The successful candidate will produce high-quality marketing assets, maintain accurate property information, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.

Job Description:

• Design and produce marketing materials including property brochures, flyers, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.

• Create graphics, maps, aerial overlays, and site plan exhibits using provided source materials.

• Ensure marketing materials are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards.

• Maintain organized libraries of marketing templates, assets, and files.

• Build, proof, and schedule email campaigns for targeted audiences.

• Manage email content accuracy, branding consistency, and campaign execution.

• Monitor email performance metrics and support KPI reporting.

• Utilize email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.

• Update and maintain website content, including property listings and marketing information.

• Manage and update property listings across third-party platforms.

• Support digital marketing initiatives through online research and competitor monitoring.

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments or inquiries according to company guidelines.

• Support brand visibility and audience engagement activities.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity.

• Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and documentation.

• Collaborate with brokers, leadership, and marketing team members to support business objectives.

• Manage multiple marketing projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and creative production.

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.

Screening Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, or related roles.

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Experience with any email marketing platforms.

• Experience updating websites using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or similar tools.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and native platform insights.

• Must have stable employment history.
