Position: Client Legal Intake Analyst

Salary Offer: Php 25,000-30,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Set Up: hybrid setup
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in client onboarding, compliance, or a related role
- At least 1-3 years experience working in a legal or law firm setting.
- Amendable to attend interviews
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Taguig
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support to the Firm, Partners, and offices throughout the New Business Intake (NBI) process.
- Assess new client and matter submissions in the Firm’s intake system to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate engagement and assignment letters to ensure alignment with Firm standards.
- Work closely with team members to exchange best practices and recommend process enhancements.
- Assist with team projects and special initiatives as required.
