Position: Bahasa Malay Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Salary : Php 90,000 - Php 95,000 Monthly
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid Setup

Requirements of the job:
- Open for Malaysian National with permanent visa in the Philippines
- Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Malay Language
- Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses
- With at least 1 year working experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in MS Excel for reporting purposes
Responsibilities of the job:
- Handle incoming phone calls to follow-up the appointment and deliveries to the vendors.
- Provide translation support to documents from Malay to English and vice versa
- Process daily accounts receivable transactions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of transactions and supporting documents
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and send payment reminders as required
