Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, finance or any related.
- At least 1-2 year of experience in B2B collection
- Amenable to attend interview
- Willing to work in Taguig or Pasay
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Service)
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems
- Monitor high-risk and escalated accounts and recommend further action when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection laws/regulations
