JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- With 5 to 7 years of experiences in Collection and 3 years of Leadership
- With experience in B2B
- Amendable to work in a Hybrid Set up
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, supervise, and support the daily activities of the collections team to achieve recovery and aging targets.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of collection activities and customer communications.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate action on overdue accounts.
