Sales and Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of sales experience with proven managerial or team leadership
experience.
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Construction or retail industry
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with the
ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
• Results-driven, organized, and proficient in MS Office and sales reporting
• Willing to do fieldwork.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets to achieve company revenue
objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and target markets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales reports, and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and departmental
targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth
opportunities.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
