Sales and Marketing Executive

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Promote company products and services through effective marketing campaigns
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and trade shows as required
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strategic planning and analytical skills
• Digital marketing and CRM knowledge
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
